Guilherme Gomes

Co-founder and CEO of OranjeBTC

Guilherme’s trajectory brings together Bitcoin, financial markets, and entrepreneurship. He served as Chief Revenue Officer at Swan Bitcoin, where he helped expand the customer base to 150,000 people and over $2 billion in Bitcoin transactions, in addition to co-leading a project that achieved one of the fastest mining deployments ever recorded, connecting computational capacity at a global scale in record time. Prior to that, he worked at Bridgewater Associates, advising banks and insurance companies on allocation strategies and portfolio construction.

Guilherme Ferreira

Guiga has nearly two decades of experience in financial markets and the education sector. He began his career as a buy-side analyst in Brazil, specializing in structured debt and equity transactions. He later led Bahema Educação (now Bioma Educação), one of the country’s leading private K–12 education groups—with 12 schools, 23 campuses, and approximately 10,000 students. As co-founder and CFO, he structured fundraising efforts exceeding R$1 billion and led the Investor Relations area, strengthening relationships with shareholders, institutions, and banks.

Josh Levine worked for more than 15 years at BlackRock as a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Alternative Specialists, where he oversaw a $170 billion alternatives platform and led a team of 40 professionals across the Americas. At Bridgewater Associates, he served as Global Head of Distribution and Partnerships, raising over $2 billion and expanding the firm’s presence in the wealth and insurance sectors.

Fernando Ulrich

Board Member

Partner at Liberta Investimentos, a financial advisory firm with over R$7 billion in assets under custody, he brings more than two decades of experience in corporate finance and investments, with previous roles at XP Inc., ThyssenKrupp, and Banco Indusval & Partners. He also serves as a board member of Instituto Mises Brasil and previously sat on the board of Casa da Moeda do Brasil. In 2014, he published Bitcoin – The Currency in the Digital Age, the first book on Bitcoin released in Portuguese. Today, his YouTube channel is one of the most influential in Brazil on economics, politics, and Bitcoin, reaching millions of people every month.

Eric Weiss

Founder and CIO of Blockchain Investment Group, he has been an investor and advocate for Bitcoin since 2013. He played a decisive role in introducing Michael Saylor to the value of Bitcoin as a corporate treasury asset, becoming a strategic partner in building one of the most successful capital markets stories of the past decade. Early in his career, he was a proprietary trader of U.S. government bonds at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He then worked at GE Equity—the private equity and venture capital arm of GE Capital—where he led investments in the B2B internet sector and served on the boards of several portfolio companies. Later, he co-founded Stripes Group, helping launch its early investments and establishing himself as a prominent figure in private markets.

He is currently Chairman of Grupo Carnaúba, a sustainable tourism project in Ceará with an investment of R$400 million.

Thiago Elmor

Elmor has over 20 years of experience in the global capital markets. He began his career in the treasury division at Banco BTG Pactual, where he specialized in equity arbitrage and volatility, expertise that would become the foundation of his career. With experience at Banco Safra and in proprietary trading operations in the United States, Thiago developed a deep understanding of complex markets. More recently, he combined his institutional background with the digital assets ecosystem as Partner and CIO of Dunamis Trading, an asset manager focused on arbitrage and volatility strategies in the crypto space. Through Dunamis, he won the Hedge Fund Manager of the Year 2021 award in the Best Digital Assets Fund category at the HFM US Performance Awards 2021.
